Title : Prototyping Intern (Electronics)

Type : Internship, Work from office

Tenure : 3 Months

Pay: 18,000 / Month

Location : Thiruvananthapuram

Education qualifications : B.E Electronics & Instrumentation or similar fields with good theoretical and practical knowledge

Technical Skill requirements:

• Strong theoretical knowledge of core electronic concepts.

• Good quality soldering and SMD rework

• Good understanding of electronic component packages and its applications

• Familiarity with lab test equipments such as DSOs, Function generator and Bench power supplies

• Working with perf boards to build circuits

• PCB design for fabrication using KiCAD

• Basic programming knowledge in embedded C or Python

• Knowledge of 3D CAD, 3D printing and CNC/Laser engraving is desired

Job description :

• Identifying and cataloging components based on project requirement and availability

• Preparing prototype circuits based on schematics

• Testing circuits on a case by case basis

• Transferring hand drawn schematics to cad schematics using KiCAD

• Design PCBs using KiCAD under supervision

• Verify and assemble PCBs as per schematics

• Test PCBs for defects with bench instruments

• Assembling measurement hardware for experiments

• Preparing custom cables for sensors on a case by case basis

• Handle basic equipment maintenance and repair under supervision

• Prepare technical and design documentation

Soft Skill requirements:

• Good Communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Passion for DIY project work

• Willing to learn new concepts

We are searching for candidate who have a passion to build.

Experience with DIY projects is highly desired.

B.E field is not a constrain for the right candidate
